Some of you may have noticed I haven't been posting much in the past couple of weeks.
Fortunately, there's a good reason: On November 13 (yes, Friday the 13th), my wife gave birth to our second child, Ryrie Kirk Norton. He's doing quite well, and we're managing to get some sleep, so all is well.
I'll be making another post shortly, but wanted to fill you in on my absence.
And, for those who may be wondering, Ryrie is an old family name, and is of medieval Scottish origin. It was my grandfather's middle name, and is my middle name, too.
And, here's a little parenting thought from Kahlil Gibran's "On Children", sung acapella by the amazing Sweet Honey in the Rock...enjoy!
